How to subscribe?
On the order page, select your pack size, tick subscription order checkbox, choose your delivery frequency, and make a one-time payment. Buy once, refill for life!

Do I have to pay for shipping?
We always ship for free across West Malaysia subscribers. East Malaysia and Singapore subscribers, however, will be charged a shipping fee.

What other benefits do I get to enjoy?
In addition to free shipping, every order will earn you Treats Points. Extra savings, extra earnings, and no need to worry about litter running out.

How to use my Treats Points while on subscription?
Treats Points rewards can be redeemed with subscription vouchers to discount your next charge. 

What can I customize within my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by pausing delivery, adding or swapping products, and cancelling at any time. You'll need to log in or create an account to manage your subscription. 

When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the date you subscribed, and you will be auto-billed based on your delivery frequency.

Which payment method can I use for a subscription? 
We accept debit and credit cards from all banks, except American Express (Amex).

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can do that by logging into your account.
