Shipping policy

All domestic orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For East Malaysia and International orders, processing may take up to 14 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates

West Malaysia

  • Standard - From RM5 (5-7 working days)
  • Expedited - From RM7 (3-5 working days)
  • Lalamove - RM30 (next working day) Klang Valley only

*Free shipping on orders over RM150 applies in West Malaysia only

East Malaysia

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

  • Singapore 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Note :Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pottycats is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Subscription Shipping

Free shipping is only available for subscription orders placed within West Malaysia. Subscribers residing in East Malaysia and Singapore will be auto calculated at checkout. 

Pickup 

Pickup is available when you order online without paying a shipping fee. Pickup is available the following working day from our warehouse between the hours of 10AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are closed. Pickup instructions will be given after order is placed and when it's ready for your pickup.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pottycats.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund 

Pottycats is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
